BCC Ltd is owned and operated by Shaun Baker who acts as Team Leader and project manager of operations. Shaun is a HV- EHV certified Jointer with over 20 years experience and certification on several types of cable systems from 11kV through to 400kV, which can incorporate either oil, gas or XLPE. He was initially trained in the UK under the BICC apprenticeship program and gained many years experience based in the UK before establishing BCC Ltd in New Zealand in 2003. He has worked extensively internationally and is highly regarded as a skilled and specialist technician throughout the field of high voltage cables. He is experienced in the use of and readily endorsed by the major cable manufacturers such as ABB, Pfisterer, Ericcsson, Prysmian, Nexans, Brugg, Silec, and Raychem accessories.

A trusted partner of BCC Ltd is ALBA jointing services based in Brisbane, Australia. Owned and operated by Barry Kelly, ALBA regularly assists with BCC Ltd projects.

BCC Ltd also maintains an alliance of trusted, experienced international contract jointers that they call on to assist as and when required.
